Certified Letter

So we get a certified letter in the mail from the property owner behind us - which will for the time being rename nameless. Basically, it says "Leaves are blowing on my parking lot - please trim your trees because your leaves are blowing into my lot." 4 homeowners got the same letter.

Holy crap! Leaves! Those dangerous things! He left his name and phone number. The response went something like this:

"Hi! I'm so and so.... I own property x. I don't have any trees that border your property, so go F yourself. By the way, how about fixing your old-ass fence that is almost falling down into my yard? Remember I asked you last summer about it?"

His response was classic:

"Well, I didnt really look at which trees the landscapers were talking about, so maybe I'll have to get over there and look for myself. As far as the fenece goes, I didn't know it was broken. I don't get over to the property very often. I'll look at it this weekend."

Good idea, jackass. Collect your rent and neglect the property.
